  1. The files DnsOn.reg and DnsOff.reg are Windows Registry files that will toggle DNS Caching on or off.

  3. 1. In Windows Explorer, open the folder where you have extracted the
  4.    files.
  5.  
  6. 2. Close your browser (for example: Internet Explorer, MSN Program Viewer)
  7.    if you have it open.
  8.  
  9. 3. Double-click the DnsOn.reg file in order to turn on DNS Caching.
  10.  
  11. 4. Relaunch your browser and connect to the web-site that was having 
  12.    problems.

  14. If you need to turn off DNS Caching you can double-click the DnsOff.reg file.
